Responsibilities
Responsible for the accounting management of the Brazil company;
Improve the financial processes and systems of the Brazil company, strengthen the construction of internal control and compliance management, and supervise business compliance;
Collaborate closely with local operations, provide financial analysis and support, offer a basis for decision‑making, and serve as a communication bridge among local operations, local financial agents, and the Chinese headquarters;
Familiar with the financial processing procedures of industrial manufacturing, and standardize the accounting procedures for various business models;
Monitor internal related‑party transactions to ensure the authenticity of financial data and accurate reflection of operating results;
Overseas Financial Knowledge Training;
Maintain good relationships with local tax authorities to ensure the company complies with all relevant tax regulations;
Provide reasonable tax‑saving suggestions for the company based on specific business operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in financial management, accounting, or other related fields preferred;
English or Chinese can be used as the working language;
Have 5-10 years of relevant work experience, and at least 2 years of management experience;
Possess good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with the after‑sales team and other relevant departments;
Familiar with local financial regulations and tax policies in Brazil, such as major tax categories like ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, IOF, etc.;
Preference will be given to those with CRC, ACCA certificates.
