The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the nutritional well-being of our guests and staff, developing healthy and appealing menu options, and providing expert advice on dietary matters within our vibrant resort environment.Company: CLUB MED SASResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and oversee nutritional plans and menus for guests and staff, considering a variety of dietary needs, allergies, and preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-sodium, diabetic-friendly).Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure that food preparation techniques maintain nutritional value and adhere to established dietary guidelines.Conduct nutritional assessments and provide personalized dietary advice and consultations to guests upon request, promoting healthy eating habits.Monitor and manage food inventory to ensure the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients that meet nutritional standards.Develop and deliver engaging nutritional workshops, presentations, or activities for guests, promoting health and wellness within the resort.Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as Club Med\'s internal health and safety protocols.Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional science, dietary trends, and best practices, integrating relevant insights into resort offerings.Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff regarding nutritional principles and special dietary requirements.Maintain accurate records of dietary plans, guest consultations, and inventory.Contribute to the overall positive guest experience by providing exceptional service and demonstrating a strong commitment to guest well-being.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.Registered and licensed Nutricionista (o) in Brazil is essential.Proven experience as a Nutricionista, preferably within a hospitality, resort, or large-scale food service environment.Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.Strong knowledge of various dietary needs, food allergies, and nutritional principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per resort operational needs.A genuine passion for health, wellness, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
