Job DescriptionSupervise people, resources and materials for all maintenance, monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, improvements in maintenance processes and management of maintenance costs.Improvements in machine efficiency and downtime, optimization of maintenance costs, and improvement of MTBF and MTTR.Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for all machines throughout the year.Support the team with complex problems on critical machines.Coordinate scheduling machine shutdowns to prevent and resolve pending issues on critical machines.Support in monitoring the month's main and most costly failures and generate action plans.
