Salary Range: R$3.500,00 to R$5.000,00, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Supervise and coordinate all operational logistics activities, including receiving, storage, sorting, shipping, and transportation of goods.
* Plan and optimize the flow of materials and products within the warehouse to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
* Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct periodic inventories, and propose actions to optimize storage and prevent losses.
* Develop and implement improvements in logistical processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
* Coordinate and oversee transportation processes, ensuring deadlines are met and products' integrity is maintained.
* Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, as well as preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
* Manage and train the operational team, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety standards, and goals.
* Prepare operational performance reports, analyze KPIs, and propose continuous improvement plans.
* Maintain effective communication with other company departments (purchasing, sales, production) and with suppliers and carriers.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
* Resolve operational issues and unforeseen events promptly and efficiently.
* Participate in projects aimed at improving and expanding the logistics area.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Degree in administration, logistics, or related fields.
* Solid experience in supervising logistics operations, including warehouse management, material handling, and inventory control.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
* Knowledge of Protheus system is a plus.
* Possession of a valid driver's license (category B).
