The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about people and interested in learning the ropes of talent acquisition? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR/Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a dynamic business setting. You will play a key support role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
1. Sourcing & Pipeline Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing potential candidates using various channels
2. Candidate Screening & Coordination: Help review resumes and applications for basic fit against job requirements. Schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers/recruiters.
3. Interview Coordination & Logistics: Manage interview calendars, send confirmations and reminders, coordinate interview rooms or virtual meeting links, and greet candidates.
4. Candidate Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview schedules, status updates (as directed), and general inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
5. Employer Branding Support (Potential): May assist with basic tasks related to promoting the company as an employer of choice on social media or career sites.
6. Recruitment Project Assistance: Provide support on ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications (Who You Are):
* Education: Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English and Portuguese is preferred
* Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in all required languages. Ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Proactive & Eager to Learn: Highly motivated, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn about recruitment and HR processes. Takes initiative to solve problems.
* Team Player: Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
