Controlling Supervisor - The Controlling Supervisor will oversee financial planning, cost management, and budgeting processes to ensure operational efficiency. They will analyze financial performance, create detailed financial reports, and provide insights to support decision-making. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying areas for cost optimization and process improvement. Conduct financial planning (annual and monthly budget vs. actual), in accordance with the parent company''s calendar and guidelines, consolidating information from various areas and preparing financial analyses and statements to support senior management in decision-making; Perform CAPEX analyses (budgeted vs. actual), monitoring deviations and opportunities for optimization; Ensure the planning and control of working capital, through the projection of revenues, costs, expenses, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, inventories and taxes, identifying financial needs and opportunities; Prepare monthly results budget and Balance Sheet, with critical analysis and consolidation of systemic data and data from other areas, supporting preventive and improvement actions; Monitor the results of cyclical inventories, both internal and external, ensuring adequate financial impact; Monitor and auditcompany materials held by suppliers, performing physical vs. system reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of balances; Perform monthly P&L closing, analyzing revenues, costs, operating expenses, freight, payroll, and extraordinary variations, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; Update financial and operational databases (volumes, prices, average costs, risks, and opportunities), contributing to the predictability of monthly and annual results; Prepare and report financial and management indicators to the plant and headquarters, through systems, reports, and executive presentations; Prepare and update management presentations and strategic reports; Attend to internal and external audits, providing information, analysis, and evidence; Provide technicalsupport to area employees, guiding and clarifying doubts related to controllership processes; Perform other related activities inherent to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
