TAX Supervisor
What you'll do:
* Tax Reform & Compliance: Lead the implementation of Brazil's Tax Reform, overseeing financial impacts, restructuring processes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL), as well as Transfer Pricing and OECD BEPS 2.0 guidelines.
* Strategic Fiscal Management: Supervise tax returns and ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, PER/DCOMP), identify tax-saving opportunities, optimize credits recovery, and provide fiscal analyses to support cash flow and performance-driven decision-making.
* Leadership & Governance: Manage and develop the tax team, fostering technical growth, while collaborating with legal, accounting, and finance in risk assessments and tax planning. Ensure transparency in audits and inspections, maintaining high standards of accuracy in all fiscal matters.
What is required:
* Education & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics; postgraduate studies in Tax Law or Fiscal Management preferred. In-depth expertise in Brazilian tax law, Transfer Pricing, and OECD Pillar Two framework, with strong understanding of upcoming Tax Reform impacts.
* Experience & Skills: Proven background in tax supervision and team leadership, with strategic thinking to identify tax opportunities that improve cash flow and profitability. Advanced user of ERP systems (Oracle JDE, Tax One) and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.
* Languages: Fluent English, essential for interpreting international regulations, communicating with global stakeholders, and supporting multinational operations.
