Overview
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Room Attendant staffs, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel's quality standards.
Applicants must hold a Macau ID due to work permit restriction.
Responsibilities
* Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
* Train housekeeping employees in order to achieve the standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
* Collect room and floor status report sheets for assigned work areas and assign rooms to attendants
* Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
* Inspect pantries to ensure all items are stocked in an orderly fashion and in sufficient quantities
* Coordinate work orders in assigned areas and follow up on inspections
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in housekeeping practices
* Maintain a safe working environment and report any hazards or maintenance issues
Qualifications
* Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
* A minimum of a high school or equivalent education.
* Knowledge of tasks performed by the Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Houseman and Runners.
