ABOUT THE ROLE
📌 Job Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Supervise the end-to-end logistics operations of a business unit (including Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, Sorting, and Inventory) to meet deadlines and quality standards.
* Performance & SLA Management: Monitor operational progress, track Operational Performance Indicators (KPIs/Anomalies), and take corrective actions to consistently meet SLAs and productivity goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and alternatives to optimize warehouse performance;
carry out logistics studies to drive operational efficiency.
* Inventory Control: Coordinate physical inventory processes and take proactive steps to ensure high data accuracy.
* HSE & Compliance: Engage and lead employees in complying with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment values, policies, and internal company standards.
* Team Management & Feedback: Prioritize, guide, and distribute daily tasks. Solve operational problems and provide constant feedback to leaders and coordinators.
* Quality Assurance: Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of high-quality standards across your specific area of activity.
🎯 Job Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of solid working experience in logistics or supply chain management.
* Domain Expertise: Proven track record in continuous improvement, logistics operations, distribution, or demand planning.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive high-judgment decisions.
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with customers, peers, direct reports, and cross-functional stakeholder teams.
* Based in Guarulhos airport, São Paulo.
