Responsibilities:
1. Processing requests in various VIVO systems;
2. Structuring and organizing files and documents;
3. Preparing spreadsheets, forms, and contracts;
4. Customer service (in person and via phone);
5. Providing support to the sales team.
Requirements:
1. Enjoyment and ease with technology;
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.
Working hours: 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
