We are seeking a Fiscal Supervisor who can bring strategic vision, organization, and leadership skills to our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
* experience in tax consulting and planning;
* knowledge of tax laws and regulations;
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Responsibilities include:
1. providing consultative services to clients on tax matters;
2. conducting tax planning and consulting for various business profiles;
3. monitoring and following up on operational tax routines through CRM (Gestta);
4. reviewing and ensuring the quality of annual declarations;
5. handling internal audit demands;
6. supporting operations as needed, covering team activities;
7. keeping staff updated on changes in state, municipal, and federal legislation;
8. preparing informative materials for clients and maintaining a team updated on fiscal matters;
9. orienting and monitoring monthly operational routines for area colleagues;
10. participating in integration and operational follow-up meetings with clients;
