Responsibilities
* Coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure that goals are met
* Ensure that products meet established quality standards
* Manage resources and materials to avoid waste and optimize production
* Train and develop the production team to improve their skills and performance
* Ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations
* Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize production disruptions
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
* Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
* Experience with various types of machinery and tools required for production
* Knowledge of production planning and control
* Advanced skills in MS Office
* Ability to lead and motivate teams
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Effective problem-solving abilities
* Focus on continuous improvement and quality control
