**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
- Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
- Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
- Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

**Proposta do cargo**:
Gerenciar e controlar custos, com ênfase em produtividade (redução de custos).
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Realizar cadastro de projetos de produtividade em sistema.
- Elaborar relatórios para report’s de custos e produtividade em Power Point, Excel e Power BI.
- Emitir requisições de compras referentes a necessidades da sua área de controle.
- Controlar orçamento e gastos dos centros de custos referente a sua área de trabalho.
- Conduzir reuniões de produtividade.
- Fazer follow-up das entregas de projetos e target’s de produtividade (Real vs Orçado).
- Elaborar e apresentar relatório de gap analysis de Produvidade vs Custos.
- Desenvolver melhoria de processos internos com enfoque em visibilidade de dados.
**Experiência e conhecimentos desejáveis**
Ensino médio completo e superior em andamento.
Desejável conhecimentos em informática. Excel e Power BI - intermediário a avançado.
Desejável bom relacionamento interpessoal, trabalho em equipe, dinamismo, capacidade de comunicação e expressão, iniciativa, organização, responsabilidade no dia a dia.
