Job Description
Assist with procurement processes for projects, including sending RFQs, managing electronic files, etc.
Responsible for issuing Purchase Orders
Participate in supplier negotiation processes
Fill out auxiliary spreadsheets for Supply
Develop and register potential suppliers for the department
Assist with and authorize supplier payments
Analyze and approve invoices in billing/triangulation processes
Requirements and Qualifications
Enrolled in or completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, or similar fields
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
