We focus not only on production, but also on animal welfare, social development, and sustainable consumption within our communities.What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?Monitor daily execution of scheduled activities resulting from maintenance plansManage maintenance activities through the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module, including breakdown notifications, work orders, planned maintenance, material requests, and reportingMonitor maintenance performance indicators such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) for critical equipment, identify recurring failures, and implement preventive and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and support overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) ,as well as manage overall maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)Guarantee the integrity of assets (equipment and facilities), preserving performance, quality, and safety conditionsPromote a culture of proactive maintenance to increase equipment reliabilityManage people in the functions of the area, ensuring performance evaluation and day-to-day leadershipTrain the team on maintenance standards and implement maintenance routinesManage the maintenance cost and ensure availability of the areaControl tools, equipment, instruments, and devices for maintenanceComply with corporate maintenance guidelines and audit standards, support risk assessments, and report HSE hazards, incidents, and issuesWhat kind of profile are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenanceExperience with utilities systems such as steam boilers, transformers, natural gas systems, and HVAC equipmentHands-on experience with PLC/HMI systems and industrial equipment troubleshootingProven experience in managing maintenance teams and budgetsStrong knowledge of HSE standards and maintenance KPIsExperienced with maintenance management systems, preferably with SAP PMFluency in English (written and spoken)Based in Bandirma or willing to relocateWhat competencies are key to this role?Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenanceKnowledge of PLC & HMI programming, including upload/download backup (Mitsubishi and Siemens)Understanding and application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)Excellent command of efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective)Strong organizational and communication skills,with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to plan, coordinate, and work effectively in a multicultural environmentFlexibility in working hours and shiftsProactive, solution-oriented, and trustworthy attitude with a high level of responsibilityWhat can you expect from Banvit BRF?Being part of a global, collaborative and dynamic working environmentStrong corporate culture with commitments to customers, employees & environment we serveVertical, horizontal, and cross-functional growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation packageStay tuned on our Website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have! #BRFBanvit
