THE ROLE We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, strategic, and complex roles, with a primary focus on the Brazilian market and potential support for regional LATAM projects. In this role, you will balance high-level talent acquisition execution with the leadership of local Talent projects (such as Employer Branding, Internship Programs, or Candidate Experience). You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring excellence in delivery, data-driven decision-making, and an outstanding candidate experience. This is an individual contributor role based in Brazil, offering strong interaction with local management and exposure to regional/global stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, executive, and highly complex positions within the Brazilian market, ensuring a flawless end-to-end process;
Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a true talent advisor to influence hiring decisions and strategy;
Conduct structured and competency-based interviews, ensuring high-quality assessment and cultural alignment;
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging deep talent mapping, headhunting techniques, and networking to attract top-tier talent;
Drive diverse talent pipelines aligned with DE&I priorities;
Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, generating insights to continuously improve processes and hiring outcomes;
Ensure effective use of ATS systems and full compliance with internal policies and local labor legislation;
Potentially support Latam regional projects and cross-border strategic positions as needed. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory for regional scope and stakeholder interaction);
+5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with regional LATAM exposure;
Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing, talent mapping, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.);
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
