What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Gerir as operações de transporte do varejo em todo o Brasil, garantindo que a carga chegue no tempo certo e com o custo previsto; Liderar fóruns de resultados (diários/semanais) e usar metodologias como PDCA para corrigir desvios e otimizar KPIs de qualidade e velocidade; Liderar diretamente o time de analistas e gerir indiretamente os transportadores, padronizando processos em toda a rede; Implementar soluções de tracking digital e redesenhar a malha logística para buscar modelos mais eficientes; Controlar o orçamento e apoiar a área de Suprimentos em BIDs de frete para garantir o melhor custo-benefício. Quais os requisitos? Conhecimento avançado em Excel; Conhecimento em transportes Last Mile / B2B; Experiência anterior em gestão de operações logísticas; Experiência anterior em gestão de transportadores; Experiência anterior com gestão de pessoas; Disponibilidade para viagens.
