Job Description
A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and assist the First Cook.
What will I be doing?
* Produce the Mise en Place in the kitchen
* Set up orders for sales points
* Ensure organization and hygiene in the kitchen
* Prepare food using appropriate techniques under supervision
* Store and check food validity
* Assist other departments when necessary
* Transmit shift information during changeovers
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
