Job Summary:
* Responsible for technical support in the field and internal Samsung areas for white goods (refrigerators, washers, stoves, dishwashers, among others), from initial launch instructions (technical installation and repair materials), to training and monitoring of product performance in the field.
Areas of Responsibilities :
* Survey and analysis of field indicators (repeated repair, customer satisfaction, others), in addition to proposing improvements and monitoring through an action plan;
* Survey and analysis of repair costs (repeated repair, use of multiple parts, others), in addition to proposing cost reductions;
* Creation of technical materials and/or revision of existing materials (Service Manual, Service Bulletins, Training Videos and Repair Instructions, etc.)
* Development of technical training based on the needs/difficulties of field technicians and call center agents;
* Development of training plan (agenda) for field technicians and call center agents;
* Support call center team in the creation and/or review of FAQs, decision trees, etc;
* Train and/or support training to internal teams that interact with the category (HA)
* Create inventory inspection procedures, as well as inspect new batches of products (launches), ensuring the quality of the product in the initial distribution (sales);
* Create, review technical certification tests applied to field technicians;
* Conducting repairability analysis on new products (Serviceability);
* Support field testing process with the Commercial Area, coordinating the installation and monitoring of products under test.
Requirements:
* Academic Background in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics or related Engineering;
* Experience in the routines described in Home Appliance area;
* Intermediate English Level;
* Excel and Power Point user.
