Responsibilities
* Analyze and understand the contracts under your management
* Manage contracts and provide support for implementation and operationalization of services
* Monitor and follow up on client visit and service schedules
* Support the training of new employees
* Perform personnel movement in the system
* Participate in the analysis of operational activity costs
* Request uniforms, equipment, and materials
* Receive, process, and close small cash boxes
* Monitor notifications and respond promptly to external or internal clients
* Support the homologation process of employee dismissals
* Control the inventory of flyers
* Prepare, control, and organize spreadsheets, reports, and various documents
Requirements
* Higher education
* Experience with administrative routines
* Experience with HR/DP is a differential
