Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, coordinate overall facility management, including technical facility coordination and vendor management.
Oversee general facilities maintenance, approve vendor invoices, track payments in SAP, and handle special projects.
Prepare routine analysis and updates for the FM budget covering technical and infrastructural scopes.
Govern facilities, utilities and materials within the contractual matrix, ensuring standardization, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Your tasks
Manage repairs, maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, building systems, appliances and outdoor spaces.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and property managers for timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Coordinate custodial, landscaping and security services.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance.
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders to ensure high customer service levels.
Participate in long‑term plans for facility maintenance, upgrades and improvements, including budget development and management.
Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses and projects to management.
Work as an individual contributor with moderate supervision.
Apply advanced knowledge of job procedures and tools gained through work experience and/or vocational or technical education.
Interpret and adapt to routine and atypical situations as required.
Build relationships, resolve conflict, and communicate persuasively.
Maintain financial control: record compliance and audit requirements, identify cost‑reduction or revenue‑growth opportunities.
Stakeholders
Collaborate with FM departments and business unit management.
Influence specialist departments and third‑party service providers.
Advise senior management and line managers on technical matters.
Build strong, trusting cross‑functional relationships with DHL managers.
Ensure adherence to policies and practices related to job responsibilities.
Your profile → Education Level
Relevant university degree in Engineering, Architecture or a Real Estate related field.
Bilingual in English and a local language as needed.
Your profile → Experience Level
2‑5 years of relevant Facility Management / Corporate Real Estate experience.
