Only 3x times per week (tue-thru)Role:Leads the Supply Chain team for the Aftersales division, focusing on material flow, supplier management, and customer service excellenceWhat You'll Do (Responsibilities)Act as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain, with deep knowledge of local auto parts suppliers in Brazil.Manage stock levels, resolve issues with troubled suppliers, and oversee supply chain procedures.Support integration across logistics, forecasting, and inventory functions.Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve customer service, increase First Order Fill rate, and reduce backorders.Directly lead a senior team of 6 members, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Promote a positive and productive work environment aligned with GM's values and cultural behaviors.Demonstrate resilience and decision-making in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.Perform other related duties as assigned.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor's degree completed in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.Advanced English and intermediate Spanish proficiency.Proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement.Strong leadership skills with experience managing people.Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.Desirable knowledge in manufacturing processes.LI-LL1This role is categorized as hybrid.
