Responsibilities
1. Organize and control the director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Manage and organize the director's documents and correspondence, including preparing reports and presentations.
3. Answer calls, emails, and visitors, providing support and forwarding information to relevant departments.
4. Assist in filling out travel requisitions and expense reports.
5. Edit documents (texts and spreadsheets).
6. Send correspondences and/or materials to clients.
7. Make photocopies and scan documents as requested.
8. Deliver documents to internal and external departments of the company, as well as to public agencies/clients nearby.
9. Provide administrative support to all demands from the Building Department, related to HR, Logistics, IT, Quality, and other department needs.
10. Monitor and keep the department manager's schedule updated.
11. Support and prepare materials for meetings.
12. Schedule meetings.
13. Record measurements in the ERP system.
14. Archive internal department documents.
Qualifications
* Higher education in progress or completed in Administration or Management Processes.
* Experience in administrative activities, preferably in management and directorate areas.
* Proficiency in Office Suite tools.
* Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
