Job Description:
Assist in the onboarding of Technical Commercial Consultants and Commercial Representatives with HR.
Conduct interviews with HR and the final interview with the National Manager.
Retain the active client base and visit major clients, managing large accounts.
Analyze client visits and opportunities, support closing deals if necessary.
Develop sales strategies for large accounts, including wholesale, resellers, and farmers.
Map key cooperatives, nutrition factories, producers, confinement, and dairy farms in the region.
Support sales teams through training and demand creation for various projects.
Develop an agenda of visits based on client profiles.
