What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)Perform the checks (Sanction List/Criminal Background).Verify and control job descriptions.Create a folder on the network and schedule the pre-employment medical exam.Send an email to the manager/IT with the candidate's information and instructions.Request the documents for admission, save them with the correct name on the network, and follow up on the documents if necessary.Upload the documents to Aconso system.Send a letter for opening a bank account.Check and control the Job Descriptions.Upload the Personnel Movement Forms to Kofax system and track the approval process with the managers.Inform the consultancy about the new position, salary, responsibilities, working hours, work arrangement, location, and cost center.Check the invoices of third parties/temporary workers monthly, as well as highlight overtime and contract terminations.Create the People Organization entries related to monthly payments/invoices/bills, after validation by the Business Partner, and track the approvals to ensure they are completed within the correct timeframe.Inform the consultancy in case of contract termination and Schenker permanent hiring.Monitor the permanent hiring process, ensuring the creation of only the Schenker email and keeping the SIMS active – ID People.Request MP approval for third-party and temporary vacancies, request the vacancy for the partner and monitor its progress until it is closed. Ensure that these candidates are checked.Checking invoices for young apprentices and interns, in addition to launching and opening OPs, ensuring payment within the deadline.
