Your Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate daily team operations, ensuring efficient workflows, reviewing daily targets and performance, and providing input for planning.
* Enforce compliance with company standards (SOPs) and guidelines.
* Drive Performance & Talent Management, inspiring, supporting, and developing team members for effective resource utilization and high performance.
* Promote and enforce work safety regulations and a strong culture of Health & Safety, minimizing risks and environmental impacts.
* Implement 5S practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your qualification
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
* Previous experience leading teams on the factory floor is considered an advantage.
Education / qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade) is required;
* Bachelor degree, preferably engineering or technical field, is an advantage but not required;
* Additional training or certification in Lean or problem-solving methodologies is a plus;
