Job Summary
* Channel Marketing Supervisor to manage retailer's strategy actions in order to increase sell out through a promotion calendar, co-marketing actions and sales analysis.
* Work with Sales and Product team to develop new tools and format at channel to increase sell out of strategic products. This role will also have strong management interaction with the online media and trade marketing team, needing to ensure the good execution of our products across all channels.
Areas of Responsibilities:
* Leadership, development and execution of sales and marketing strategy, Including internal processes with top management and sales/Product team.
* Establish and manage multi-dimensional execution (360 campaign) to ensure business consistency in retailers' campaigns and sell out of strategic categories.
* Manage assets following brand strategy and guidelines in retailer's collaboration plans, considering offline and online channels. Complete view of resources by product category: promotional calendar/Events / Online/ Salespeople incentive/ POS activations and product placement.
* Marketing investment management seeking for efficiency in the business.
Requirements
* Academic Background: ADM/Economics/ Business/ Marketing
* Professional Experience: Business oriented/ Online retailers previous experience is a differential/ Solid experience in 360 communication and business plan technology.
* Specific knowledge / skills: Retail ADS/ Online sell out tools/ Retailers and market knowledge.
* Languages: English is mandatory
