Job Description
Assist the administrative department by supporting the administrator in routine activities, managing administrative control, organizing files, handling information management, and reviewing documents.
Main Responsibilities
1. Register authorization requests in the system, including in-person and digital authorizations;
2. Communicate with clients when additional information or documents are needed for audits;
3. Guide and assist clients with online authorization processes;
4. Perform client triage at the authorization reception.
Requirements and Skills
Mandatory:
* High school diploma completed;
Desirable:
* Experience in customer service;
* Basic knowledge of Excel.
Additional Information
Work Hours:
* Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 17:00;
