4. Prepare various reports by extracting and inputting information into the system for activity analysis.
5. Maintain order and cleanliness of storage areas, ensuring proper material placement, identification, and safety.
6. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, issuing maps, and control reports.
7. Send reports to sales staff regarding product arrivals to expedite billing processes.
8. Ensure proper use of equipment and company assets.
9. Follow up on pending issues by requesting documentation or information from relevant departments to meet deadlines.
10. Represent the company appropriately when designated, participating in events and interactions with clients.
11. Participate in the annual inventory to assess stock accuracy.
12. Adhere to internal regulations, company policies, and standards.
13. Perform other related activities as assigned.
