Overview
Production Supervisor role at Forvia focused on driving Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance for designated groups. Responsibilities include setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results to drive continuous improvement. Lead the team in problem-solving initiatives and facilitate workshops to enhance quality improvement methods. Safety is paramount, and you will maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, intervening when necessary to mitigate risks and improve working conditions. You will also handle personnel issues, ensure proper team management, and foster individual development within your team.
Responsibilities
* Set targets and implement plans to drive QCD performance for designated groups.
* Track results and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead problem-solving activities and facilitate quality improvement workshops.
* Manage personnel issues, ensure effective team management, and support individual development.
* Maintain compliance with HSE standards and intervene to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum education: Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialization in Production.
* Professional experience: 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Operational level of English.
