Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of our hotel rooms and facilities.
* Inspect occupied and vacant guest rooms daily to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
* Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing on-the-job guidance and maintaining grooming and conduct standards
* Manage housekeeping equipment, ensuring proper care and maintenance
* Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
* Implement and maintain quality control measures for room cleanliness and guest satisfaction
* Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, placing orders as needed
* Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
* Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
* Prepare and maintain accurate reports on room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance
* Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations at a supervisory level
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
* Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar software)
* Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
