Job Title: Gerente Comercial

Activities to be Developed
* Lead the Closers team, focusing on conversion and revenue goals.
* Conduct weekly alignment meetings, feedback sessions, and training.
* Monitor sales KPIs.
* Oversee commercial processes to ensure scalability and predictability.
* Analyze performance reports, sales funnel, and approach strategies.
Requirements
* Experience as a sales manager or sales coordinator.
* Experience with high-ticket sales (above R$20,000).
* Knowledge of techniques such as SPIN Selling, Inside Sales, Sales Funnel, and Objection Handling.
* Ability to develop a sales team focused on results.
* Good personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
* Commission-based with a guaranteed minimum of R$5,000.
* Commission paid based on team sales targets.
Contract Type and Schedule
* Regime: PJ (Individual Legal Person)
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, with lunch break; Saturday, 08:00-12:00.
* Location: Foz do Iguaçu, PR
* Full-time, with an executive level hierarchy.
Minimum Education
High School diploma (2nd Degree)
Valued Experience
Between 3 and 5 years of experience.
