Join the Sodexo team as GERENTE UNIDADE OPERACIONAL III (NUTRICIONISTA COM INGLÊS) to lead a high‑impact food unit in Brazil’s corporate segment.
Responsibilities
Supervise all service processes, ensuring customer excellence and compliance with contractual terms.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative results, devise action plans, and innovate to optimize unit performance and customer experience.
Plan, create, and monitor the annual budget, driving attainment and continuous improvement.
Lead the team, applying HR policies, recruitment, integration, and activity direction; promote clear communication, technical, behavioral, and health and safety training; maintain an engaged, updated, and productive workforce.
Operate in a large‑scale corporate environment, serving a VIP lobby.
Qualifications
Full‑time university degree in Nutrition, with an active CRN.
Previous experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN) and in multidisciplinary leadership.
Valid CNH.
Car ownership (desirable).
Proficiency in English (advanced).
