Support Staff
This role is responsible for various essential activities within our team. In addition, it requires specific skills to meet the established requirements. Below, you will find more details about the responsibilities and qualifications of this job.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and updating product inventory;
2. Performing customer registrations in the system;
3. Consolidating financial data for decision-making;
4. Leading internal procedures to optimize processes;
5. Providing assistance to customers who need to return their equipment;
To perform this role successfully, you must have a series of technical and social skills. This includes:
* Completing high school education;
* Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting (welcome also candidates in progress);
* Ability to resolve conflicts with clients;
* Capacity to work under pressure and handle bureaucracy well.
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 11am.
