Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will ensure the excellence of our customer service operations. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing categories of data, mapping out potential issues and opportunities, responding to customer support requests via various channels, creating and managing dynamic reports, distributing workload among team members, and providing guidance on operational processes.

To excel in this role, you should have a technical background, preferably in electronics, computer science, or administration. You should also possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Hours:
The standard working hours are from 13:00 to 21:00, Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 13:00 to 21:00.
