JOB PURPOSE:The Senior Tendering Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the tendering process within the organization, ensuring that the team effectively analyzes tender documents, collaborates across departments, and develops competitive bid proposals. This role involves guiding risk assessment, and compliance with regulations while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in bidding strategies as well ad executing financial modeling and pricing strategies to ensure competitive bid submissions. The Senior Tendering Coordinator will support post-tender negotiations, and provide strategic insights to enhance the overall performance and success of the commercial department, contributing to the organization's growth and competitiveness in the market.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Oversee the analysis of tender documents to ensure team comprehension of client requirements, scope of work, and evaluation criteria.Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the team gathers essential information and resources for competitive bid submissions.Develop accurate pricing models, cost estimates, and financial projections for bid submissions.Ensure the preparation and review of tender proposals align with client needs and company capabilities by managing team activities.Supervise the monitoring and tracking of tender opportunities, deadlines, and bid results to maximize team effectiveness.Ensure the team establishes a systematic process for tracking client contract expiration dates and applicable price adjustments, providing oversight to guarantee compliance and timely updatesEnsure client subscriptions and portals are maintained and updated for team access to all available opportunities.Manage the organization and compliance of tendering and commercial documents on the server according to company policies and KPIs.Identify and assess commercial risks related to tender submissions, guiding the team on mitigation strategies.Oversee the maintenance of an organized database of tender documents, pricing data, and competitor analysis for strategic use.Support the team in post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients to achieve optimal outcomes.Direct the generation of reports and analyses on tendering activities, outcomes, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.Improve the accuracyand competitiveness of pricing to improve tender submissions.Drive the streamlining of tendering processes through the implementation of efficient workflows and tools managed by the team.Provide oversight for the team's data analysis and ensure strategic recommendations are made to the tendering and sales teams.Ensure team compliance with tender requirements, regulations, and internal company policies in all submissions.Ensure application of best practices and industry trends to improve bid strategies.Lead efforts to contribute to the overall success and growth of the tendering department through proactive support and innovation initiatives.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 2 years of experience in oil and gas companiesExperience in preparing commercial proposalsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business AdministrationMust reside in Macaé or nearby citiesAdvanced/Fluent English (will be tested)
