Finance Supervisor – Global SC Finance
Kenvue is recruiting for a Finance Supervisor in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil. The role reports to GER FINANCAS SR.

What you will do
Provide financial leadership to Global Supply Chain teams (Global Make/Quality).
Act as a business partner for budgeting and strategic projects.
Drive financial modeling for manufacturing, quality, transformation projects, and Long‑Range Financial Plans.
Lead analysis, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives across Global Supply Chain Operations.
Provide financial leadership for the function’s budgets and forecast.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to influence decisions that support short and long‑term objectives.
Lead financial planning processes, review spending forecasts, challenge assumptions, and communicate across Global Supply Chain.
Close activities for global cost centers; coordinate with Global FP&A, Global tax, and accounting for flawless reporting.
Partner with business leaders to deliver financial commitments and monitor annual budget for cost‑effective management.
Execute strategic projects as finance partner.
Develop talent for the finance organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics or Engineering.
Fluent in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in business partnering.
Ability to handle competing priorities and complex issues.
Ability to work autonomously while keeping team informed.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain Finance roles.
