Train teams to improve performance and results.
Update franchisees on new strategies, technologies, and regulations.
Performance Monitoring:
Visit franchise units periodically for assessment.
Analyze performance indicators and suggest improvements.
Implement action plans to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
Standardization Assurance:
Ensure units follow the franchise manual.
Guarantee the quality of products and services.
Monitor the application of visual identity and brand standards.
Management and Expansion Support:
Assist franchisees in financial and administrative management.
Support marketing and sales campaign implementation.
Contribute to network expansion by evaluating new opportunities and assisting in opening new units.
