What you will do
The FP&A team is recruiting for a Supervisor responsible to provide Financial Analytics and Insights to support Planning and Reporting activities. Innovative thinking, fluid communication and agile mindset are necessary to handle daily activities. This position is based in São Paulo.
Our purpose is to maximize business value from FP&A, combining business acumen with forward looking analytics to deliver insights that boldly drive our business toward a healthier future.
A rotation in the FP&A team enables individuals to develop key skills for a future finance leader at Kenvue: problem-solving, change management and influencing skills, data-analytics technology expertise, ability to handle lots of data intelligently and make quick fact-based decisions, and exposure to senior finance management.
Key Responsibilities
FP&A processes enhancement: eliminate non-value added activities, improve efficiency and use tools and data to create value;
Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring high-impact delivery
Drive adoption and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback
Develop advanced analytics tools to support self-service way of working, including change management of stakeholders;
Direct business partnering with several stakeholders including senior leadership;
Connecting globally in a matrixed environment to define Financial reporting standards and leading their implementation;
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Completed is required.
Previous Experience in FP&A is required
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools / Data warehousing (Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL…) is highly desirable
The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
Previous experience in shaping & driving strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to deliver automated reporting and analytics is desirable
Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).
