Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets.Description of the job:We are looking for a Network Manager to develop and lead a sales team, through B2C resellers, expanding our presence in the residential market.Responsibilities:- Create sales strategies to achieve goals;- Identify new sales partners;- Provide support and training to the team;- Manage relationships with resellers;- Analyze sales data to adjust strategies;- Attend events to promote the brand.Requirements:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical equipment sector or similar;- Ability in managing teams and distribution networks;- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;- Analytical ability and orientation to results;- Training in Administration, Marketing or similar areas;-Availability to reside in the region of Ribeirão Preto/ SP.Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
