Strategic HR Business Partner (Manager/ Sr Manager) supporting leaders and teams across different business areas, with a focus on Rewards, Organizational Development, Succession, and Performance. Responsible for aligning business priorities with people initiatives, driving structured analysis, and delivering solutions that strengthen culture, engagement, and long-term results. - Act as a consultant to leaders on organizational structure, talent management, and succession planning; - Support compensation processes, performance cycles, and implementation of people KPIs; - Lead talent mapping and succession initiatives; - Design and execute individual and organizational development plans; - Drive engagement, organizational climate, and internal communication actions; - Provide strategic insights through people analytics (turnover, headcount, diversity, absenteeism, etc.). Requirements Previous experience as HRBP in corporate or large-scale environments; Solid expertise in Rewards, Development, and Succession; Fluent English and advanced Spanish are a plus; Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to translate data into actionable strategies; Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Consultative mindset, systemic vision, and results orientation; Based in South Zone of São Paulo with a 100% on-site model.
