Service Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Service Operations Manager to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional clinical site services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workload distribution and assessing team utilization regularly, addressing performance issues and providing constructive feedback, communicating updates and escalations to leadership, presenting weekly progress reports to sponsors, acting as a point of escalation for site-related issues, building strong partnerships with sites, clients, and study teams, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, identifying opportunities for process improvement and solving problems proactively, and reviewing and understanding study protocols.
Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, professionalism, and the ability to work with diverse individuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are also required, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience is necessary.
