Your role at Vantive
Lead the marketing strategy defined for the Brazilian market for Vantive's chronic therapy products. Define the planning of events, materials, and all necessary elements to support the commercial team in achieving promotional and sales objectives. Ensure full marketing support for meeting the sales budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic product management
Product launch and performance tracking
Medical and scientific engagement with key stakeholders
Stakeholder management: scientific community, authorized government actors, opinion leaders
Regulatory and compliance oversight
Market driver analysis for budget planning, forecasting, and demand planning tools
Ensure alignment between product demand and supply
End-to-end management of GRANTS
Align strategy with other departments (Sales, Commercial Excellence, Government Affairs, Medical Affairs)
Ensure creation, adaptation, and management of promotional and educational materials
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related fields
3–5 years in product management within the healthcare sector
Knowledge of administrative routines
