MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH in partnership with a multinational located in Indaiatuba/SP is looking for: Supply Chain Supervisor Position requires working 100% in person for at least 1 year. Responsibilities: Supervise procurement, material planning, inventory management, and logistics activities. Ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations and customer demand. Monitor Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, ensuring service, quality, and cost expectations are met. Coordinate MRP and demand planning activities, ensuring alignment between Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, inventory optimization, and process improvements. Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to align local operations with corporate strategy. Support spare parts operations, including transfers between facilities and fulfillment of critical customer requirements. Participate in planning and preparation activities for peak demand periods and seasonal fluctuations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in a leadership/supervisory role within Supply Chain. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of procurement, material planning. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Protheus or Oracle. Advanced English skills, Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
