Main Responsibilities
* Management of the production planning and/or Procurement team;
* Size/define/evaluate execution resources;
* Prepare and validate production schedules/plans and publish them within the established deadlines;
* Ensure the arrival of materials within the established deadlines;
* Conduct performance assessments of supervised/coordinated teams;
* Monitor and plan actions for established goals and indicators;
* Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly work routine of team activities is carried out;
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in engineering, administration or related fields;
* Advanced English;
* 100% on site work;
* Experience in manufacturing planning is desirable;
* Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge/experience with SAP, VBA, BI, ChatGPT is desirable;
* Negotiation skills, analysis, teamwork;
