Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management
* Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles, from workforce planning and job posting to candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and optimize hiring efficiency across multiple channels
* Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, retention, and exit management)
HR Operations & Compliance
* Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations
* Administer payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation programs
* Organize training initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and engagement
Strategic Business Partnership
* Collaborate with department heads to diagnose staffing needs and deliver customized HR solutions
* Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and processes to support business growth
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role
* Prior experience in power electronics manufacturing is a strong plus.
Technical Competencies
* Advanced proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
* Expertise in compensation structuring and performance management tools
* In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and social security requirements
Soft Skills
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
