• Responsible for all demands of the Attraction and Selection team, working closely with internal clients and gathering all necessary information for the area's growth.
• Provide support in onboarding, offboarding, and employee integration routines;
• Support the electronic time tracking process: control, corrections, and entries;
• Assist with payroll process (data collection, sending to accounting office or internal HR department);
• Attend to employees' inquiries regarding payroll, vacations, rights, and labor obligations;
• Contribute to internal marketing and organizational climate initiatives;
• Support the recruitment process: resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback;
• Keep employee records updated in internal systems;
• Assist in organizing training sessions, integrations, and internal events;
• Generate simple reports and indicators for the area as needed;
• Comply with internal policies, company standards, and current labor legislation.
• Ongoing education in relevant field
