We are seeking a capable and proactive leader who will be responsible for building from scratch a financially sustainable business while providing first rate customer service in Itaituba.
Key tasks
* Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
* Analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan.
* Promote the company’s services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns.
* Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition.
* Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
* Manage relationships with partners.
* Report on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth.
Requirements
* Background in Sales (B2C/B2B) or Business Development.
* Hands-on experience in developing a business from zero will be a big plus.
* Team Management experience: 1 year or above.
* Strong command of the English language (both verbal & written).
* Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workstation).
