Position: Tax/Finance Supervisor Location: São Paulo/SP – On-site ResponsibilitiesProfessional with a solid career in the areas of tax, finance, and accounting, with experience in multinational companies and shared services environments. Extensive experience in direct and indirect tax management, compliance, tax planning, and team leadership. Fluent English is required for daily meetings with the company’s headquarters (China). Technical SkillsTax Management: DAS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, ISS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL, INSS, IRRF, and CPP.Ancillary Obligations: Preparation, review, and submission of SPED Fiscal, GIA, GIA-ST, EFD Contributions, DCTF, PER/COMP, STDA, DMED, DIRF, ECF, among others.Compliance and Audits: Handling internal and external audits, as well as federal, state, and municipal inspections, with a focus on risk mitigation.Tax Planning: Monitoring of special tax regimes in various states, analysis of tax opportunities, and reduction of the tax burden.ERP and Systems: Implementation and configuration of tax modules.Tax Legislation: Reading and interpreting regulations related to ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IR, and other taxes. Experience and ResultsReorganization of the tax and financial operational controls area, implementing improvements and conducting operational risk and compliance assessments.Leading budget and tax planning projects, resulting in a significant reduction in the tax burden.Responsible for strategic meetings and reports directly with the international headquarters (China). Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a plus.Dynamic and participatory leadership in team management, including hiring, onboarding, and training.Effective performance in reviewing ECF, calculating taxes on revenue and services, intercompany transactions, and filing supplementary tax returns.
