Job Description:The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading all Engineering teams within the plant, ensuring flawless and successful product launches and robust high-volume production processes. This role provides both functional and disciplinary leadership to manufacturing engineers and process technicians, guaranteeing performance, quality, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing activities.. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & ManagementProvide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering teams.Oversee process technicians, ensuring alignment with plant goals and operational excellence. Lead decision-making, strategic planning, resource allocation, and budgeting activities.Monitor and control KPIs, define objectives, and ensure effective performance management and staff development.Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Plant Manager.Manufacturing Engineering Lead Mechanical Engineering teams on all topics required to ensure program success from launch to mass production.Ensure that robust, efficient, and safe production processes are implemented and sustained on the shop floor. Drive continuous improvement initiatives following Mechanical Engineering standards, Lean methods, and EBOS principles. Monitor process performance and ensure processes consistently deliver the expected results.Engineering Change & Transfers Own and manage local Engineering Change Management for product and process modifications, ensuring minimal impact on mass production lines.Lead and oversee production transfers to and from the plant, ensuring seamless execution.Quality & Customer Requirements Ensure all customer requirements are met, including corrective and preventive actions. Support product design and development activities to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and process capabilities.Requirements:Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Post-graduate degree or MBA in engineering, manufacturing, management, or related areas.Experience & Technical Skills Strong experience in manufacturing engineering within an industrial environment.
